ICARLS embraces value chain approach to agriculture production of every crop and livestock enterprises engaged in. A ‘value chain’ approach in agriculture identifies the set of actors and activities that bring a basic agricultural product from production in the field to final consumption, where at each stage value is added to the product.

The current crop enterprises undertaken are Maize, beans, green grams, groundnuts, passion fruits, mangoes, bananas and avocadoes. The livestock being promoted are dairy goats, dairy cattle and sheep. Photographs of each of the agriculture enterprises promoted are highlighted separately.
